Wednsday was a bad day! It costed me 5mins to descibe two problems of my debit card, because my English is too poor to make it clear.
When I received a Chase College Checking list, I found that my mail box number printed in the list was wrong. So I asked the officer in the mail box office, and they told me that my real mail box number was xxxx. In that case, I should update my debit card's information. And the other question I found was that my formal card had not been sent to my yet.
As a result, I had to call the Service Center to solve the problems. However, I was confused as the customer service talked to me. So I just asked her to repeat slowly. But when I heard the dailoges again, I was very disappointed to my listening English. I couldn't really hear what she said at all.
